Order Instructions:
Please complete the form below including the following information:

  1. Number of devices; including
  2. Make & Model (e.g. Armor X12 Pro).

The following documents are also required for the set up of devices and porting:

  1. Telkom Invoice (if available);
  2. Customer identity documents;
  3. Company Letterhead; and/or
  4. Customer letter giving permission to port landline number(if required) on company letterhead (see Template Porting Letter).
  5. Letter from the ISP confirming the account and numbers to be ported

By placing an order here, you're creating an service elevation of provision.
